Generated municipal waste – input material for the Flameless Gasification process, offering great opportunities for the production of a wide range of marketable product

According to the proposed technology, a wide range of municipal waste may be subjected to processing on the Flameless Gasification complex.

The main product of the processing of generated municipal waste in the flameless gasification complex is syngas, becoming, in its turn, the raw material for the production of highly demanded marketable products (some of them are listed below).
The received through gasification coke is then used for own production needs.

In addition to energy resources produced on gas piston or turbine installations, a wide range of export-oriented products can be obtained on customer request with the help of optional equipment.

For the purposes of utilizing of the excessively obtained thermal and electric energy, our company conceptually, as an option, suggests to deploy freezers or greenhouse farms.

Organisation of a greenhouse facility next to the gasification complex

The offered for erection Greenhouse Complex (an option) is intended for the use of the effective crop cultivation technology for growing various berries, vegetables and greenery. This various plants can be grown in a 2-5 times shortened vegetative technological cycle. Industrial and technological maintenance of the Greenhouse Complex allows a year-round production cycle.

Growing in the greenhouse is highly automated. The levels of temperature and moisture of soil and air, the intensity of ventilation, light quantity, delivery of nutrients - all this is controlled by the executive and control equipment. All agronomic parameters of the greenhouse meet international (CE, ISO) and countries' standards.

    High agricultural characteristics of the greenhouse and automatic control of the growing process enable to get record harvests. For example, in the proposed Greenhouse Complex the following results can be achieved (1 ha/year):
  • Ordinary or carpal tomatoes – up to 700 tons;
  • "Cherry" tomatoes – up to 450 tons;
  • Sweet pepper (usually large, blunt, of different colors) – up to 450 tons;
  • Different varieties of cucumbers – up to700 tons;
  • Lettuce – up to 600 tons;
  • Strawberries – up to 180 tons.

Moderate cost of a Greenhouse Complex made of polycarbonate makes the production very profitable. Polycarbonate is a modern durable material (10-20 years guarantee), is 40% lighter than glass and transmits the most effective part of solar spectrum. The high level of automation eliminates the need for working personnel to 5 people (for 1 hectare).

Several crops can be grown simultaneously in the same greenhouse. The greenhouse is divided into separate sections by transparent partitions, creating individual, required for the particular culture microclimate in each zone, preventing pests and infections migration. There are many combinations of crops and periods of their growth. Harvesting of one culture can be combined with planting of some other. Greenhouse, based on this principle, makes it possible to quickly change the composition of the crops in the greenhouse, reacting quickly to current market demands.
